Exam Dates

The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music is the most popular music examination organization in the world. Each year, over 500,000 people worldwide take Associated Board Exams.

Based in London, England, the Associated Board holds exams in over 80 countries each year. It offers students a clear and structured framework against which they can measure their progress.

The Peggy Still School of Music feels this is the most complete program offered in the world. It covers the following: Performance, Theory, Ear Training, Scales & Arpeggios. and sight-reading.

Any student of music who passes these exams will have the tools needed to major or minor in music in college or become serious professional musicians. The ABRSM awards special certificates and money to those students passing with Distinction (high scores.)
